Portman’s first residential tower in Atlanta has topped out

“Midtown’s Sora apartment high-rise will be first component of Spring Quarter complex…

Sora, the luxury residential tower within the Spring Quarter mixed-use development in Midtown, has officially topped out. This milestone brings Portman one step closer to delivering our first residential project in Atlanta.

The tower emphasizes state-of-the-art amenities, including Atlanta’s first residential infrared sauna, a sky lounge overlooking the city and a media room with top-tier speakers designed for listening to records.

With the first units delivering later this summer, Sora marks the first phase of Portman’s larger Spring Quarter mixed-use development. Anchored by the historic HM Patterson Home & Gardens, the project will also include 1020 Spring, a 525,000-square-foot, Class A office tower and a total of 40,000 square feet of retail.
