We’re nearing completion on Vera, the new residential experience coming to Savona Mill, our mixed-use community in Charlotte’s FreeMoreWest neighborhood.
Vera will introduce top-tier amenities, including a resort-style pool equipped with cabanas, a pet spa and dog park, a state of the art fitness center with a yoga studio, a game room and co-working lounge. Vera offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, as well as studios, lofts and townhomes. First units will deliver in July, with pre-leasing beginning later this month.
