Last week, our team was honored to receive a Best in Real Estate Award from @ Philadelphia Business Journal for our purchase of 169 acres in Exton to develop I-76 Trade Center.
Portman’s plans for the site include 1.9 million-square-feet of industrial campus across three buildings. We are currently underway one Phase I of the project, which includes a 636,120-square-foot building expected to deliver this summer. We look forward to completing the entire campus in Q1 2025.
