We’re excited to see the Cincinnati Marriott convention headquarters hotel featured in The Cincinnati Business Courier’s Top 10 Developments to Watch in 2026 list. This 700-room full-service hotel will rise just south of the Duke Energy Convention Center, featuring more than 62,000 square feet of meeting space, a 17,445-square-foot events terrace, multiple ballrooms, ground-floor retail, and upscale amenities. Developed in partnership with 3CDC and Marriott Hotels, the project is a major step in Cincinnati’s Convention District revitalization, helping the city attract large-scale meetings, conventions and tourism.
