Portman recently acquired 169 acres of land and executed a Development Agreement to construct I-76 Trade Center, a three-building, institutional-quality logistics campus in the heart of Philadelphia. Our development plans for I-76 Trade Center also include a 26-acre public park, adding a vibrant and green dimension to the project.
With frontage along the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I-76 Trade Center is ideally situated within Philadelphia’s western suburbs. This multiphase logistics campus will boast a 1.9 million square feet of industrial space, positioning it as a strategic powerhouse in the region.
With site work on Phase I already underway, we’re eagerly anticipating the project taking shape and attracting high-growth users in the area; substantial completion of the campus is expected by Q3 2024.
