Portman recently signed BAR ONE Lounge, a fine dining and craft cocktail concept, to a 2,500-square-foot lease at 2161 Hawkins — our new, luxury residential high-rise in Charlotte’s South End. Expected to open in early 2024, BAR ONE will activate the project’s ground-floor along a new public plaza.
BAR ONE will join several recently signed tenants down the street at The Line, our 16-story, 293,000-square-foot office building. This includes small-plate-restaurant Chapter 6, which will feature a patio overlooking the Rail Trail, and the new location for local-favorite Sycamore Brewing. Other tenants at The Line include Grit Box Fitness and Savi Provisions.
