We’re thrilled to announce that Portman’s redevelopment of Savona Mill, a 108-year-old textile mill in Charlotte’s West End, is now complete!
The impressive adaptive-reuse project spans 180,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a number of open-air patios, a rooftop deck and a large and open space for music and community events. Consisting of exposed brick, hardwood flooring, floor-to-ceiling columns and expansive windows, Savona Mill will provide an inspiring and creative work environment for Charlotte’s office users.
