Portman today announced plans to develop a new mixed-use multifamily community in Pompano Beach, Florida, located at 2400 East Atlantic Boulevard, marking the firm’s continued expansion across South Florida’s rapidly growing coastal market.
Rising eight stories, the thoughtfully designed project will feature a diverse mix of walk-out townhomes and rowhouses offering direct street access—bringing a human-scale energy and vibrancy to the neighborhood. Residents will enjoy a robust suite of amenities, including a rooftop pool and amenity deck, interior courtyard, fitness center, and a six-story parking garage for convenience and accessibility.
At the ground level, the development will feature 10,591 square feet of retail space designed to support chef-driven restaurant concepts and al fresco dining, creating an active streetscape that complements the coastal surroundings and enhances the pedestrian experience along Atlantic Boulevard.
Construction is anticipated to begin in fall 2026, with completion slated for late 2028.
