More momentum is coming to Savona Mill in Charlotte’s West End as construction on Phase II of the project’s residential component is set for later this year. Following the successful transformation of the 105-year-old mill into a mixed-use destination, Phase II will add additional residential offerings that further activate the broader Savona Mill district. Once complete, the full master plan will bring together creative office space, ground-floor retail and more than 600 multifamily residences, all designed around walkability, green space and community connection.
