Chad is Executive Vice President of Capital Markets for Portman Holdings and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing the debt and equity strategy for projects across all Portman lines of business. Prior to joining Portman, Chad spent 25 years in real estate banking. Chad was most recently Market Manager at PNC Bank where he was responsible for establishing and driving strategy in PNC Bank’s Atlanta and Charlotte real estate banking offices. Before PNC he was a Division Manager at LaSalle Bank and led the South Florida commercial real estate office located in Boca Raton. Prior to joining LaSalle, Chad was the CRE Regional Line of Business Manager at SunTrust Bank, leading a +20-member team in the commercial real estate operation of five markets. In his career he was responsible for lending over $5 billion of debt capital across rental and for-sale multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and industrial product types.
Chad earned his MBA and his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
