JETSET Pilates to Open at Linea in Charlotte’s South End: National fitness studio joins growing retail lineup at Portman’s luxury residential tower.
We’re excited to share that JETSET Pilates will open its first Charlotte location at Linea, Portman’s 34-story luxury residential tower in South End. Set to open in Summer 2026, the studio will offer high-intensity, full-body Pilates classes in a boutique setting.
Franchise owners Kayla Logue and Benjamin Knight will lead operations, bringing JETSET’s signature 50-minute choreographed classes, featuring DJ-curated playlists and advanced reformer equipment, to South End’s growing fitness and wellness scene. Portman was represented by Keely Hines (Foundry Commercial), and Chase Morten (The Keith Corp) represented JETSET Pilates.
The 2,612 SF studio will be located in Suite 150 at Linea and adds to a strong mix of wellness- and lifestyle-focused retailers, including Peachy, True Food Kitchen, Night Swim Coffee, and Half Shell Oyster House. JETSET will also benefit from the shared community plaza with The Line, home to retailers like Sycamore Brewing, GritBox Fitness, and Savi Provisions.
This is the brand’s 28th studio nationwide, expanding its footprint across key U.S. markets and contributing to Linea’s position as a premier retail and residential destination in Charlotte’s South End.
