Managing Director, Industrial
A thirty year veteran of commercial real estate and law, John brings deep experience in all facets of development, from site selection, entitlements and incentives to design, permitting, construction, leasing, and sales of industrial properties nationally. Over three decades, John has participated in more than 150 development projects and led over $3 billion of property acquisitions.
As Managing Director, John leads the development of the Company’s speculative and build-to-suit projects throughout the US. Previously, John served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Development for Duke Realty Corporation. For nearly 19 years at Duke, he led the acquisition and development of logistics parks at major U.S. seaports and lead expansions into national and global markets for the REIT. John also served in leading roles with American Executive Developers, LLC., Pure Development and Robinson Weeks Partners, where he acquired and developed industrial and office assets across the US.
John holds a BA degree from Indiana University and a JD degree from Indiana University School of Law. He is a member of the Georgia and Indiana Bar Associations.
