BUILT ON A FOUNDATION OF GREATNESS
From world-renowned Portman Holdings, a new enterprise focused on creating value for industrial clients, our investors and the communities in which we operate.
Portman Industrial is a newly formed division of Portman Holdings focused on the development and value creation of logistics real estate in strategic markets across the U.S.
Since its founding in 1957, Portman Holdings has developed over 65 million square feet of hotels, retail space, apartments, and office buildings around the world, with iconic projects like Atlanta’s Peachtree Center, New York Marriott Marquis Times Square, San Francisco’s Embarcadero Center, and the Shanghai Centre.
Today, Portman Industrial leverages the Portman Holdings’ development platform; further diversifying Portman’s portfolio of over $1B in owned assets and its pipeline of properties currently under development in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, and Seattle.
“We will leverage Portman Holdings’ proven development experience, pioneering spirit, entrepreneurial capital, and vertically-integrated approach in our consistent delivery of solutions to our tenants and value to our investors.”
