About Moore Building
The story of The Moore Building begins with music history. Named for Scotty Moore, Elvis Presley’s legendary guitarist, the building rises on the site of his former recording studio, Music City Recorders, later known as Studio 19. Drawing inspiration from the 1970s and the studio’s iconic legacy, the interiors blend subtle musical nods with warm wood elements, creating a modern, refined workplace that honors its creative roots.
On the 8th floor, a sky lobby opens onto an 11,000-square-foot amenity deck, offering sweeping views of Midtown and Vanderbilt University. This outdoor space invites tenants to gather, relax, or work in the fresh air. The ground floor features activated retail and an extended lobby, including one of Nashville’s first porte-cochere entrances, combining convenience with style.
Located in the heart of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhood, the Moore Building is just a block from the energy of Division Street, steps from Music Row, Vanderbilt University, and Vanderbilt Medical Center, and minutes from Downtown, The Gulch, Belmont University, 8th Avenue/12 South, Edge Hill, Green Hills, and West End.
Inside, the building is designed for connection and lifestyle. An 8th-floor terrace with seating, fire pits, and green space offers a retreat from the office. Tenants also enjoy a luxury fitness center, bike storage, showers and lockers, a 35-person conference space, diverse food offerings, and a catering kitchen for daily use or events. For added convenience, a pull-through motor court and rideshare staging lanes streamline arrivals and departures.
Blending music history, modern design, and a thoughtfully curated amenity package, The Moore Building creates a vibrant, inspiring workplace in the heart of Nashville.
