Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City’s Art Program

Portman’s Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City — the largest 4-star hotel in the area since the opening of the Winter Olympic Games in 2002 — features a robust art program, creating a contemporary oasis for hotel guests.

Curated by NINE dot ARTS, the art collection is intended to reflect the city’s new urbanism and is substantial in both scale and quantity, spanning the hotel’s suites, conference rooms, pre-function spaces and rooftop event space.

From a captivating installation of 38 hexagonal panels in the hotel lobby to a life-sized stag leaping over The Hyatt Regency sign, the collection exudes an urban sophistication that is reflective of the area’s rapid development while complementing the natural world calling from just beyond the city’s borders.
