ISHIN by Ito, a new omakase experience from renowned Chef Fuyuhiko Ito, is now delighting guests with an elevated culinary journey showcasing precision, creativity, and the finest ingredients. In addition, Chef Ito is preparing to open Sozou, a ground-floor restaurant that pushes the boundaries of contemporary Japanese cuisine, adding another layer of dining excellence to Ten Twenty Spring.
