Portman Holdings has partnered with Kolte Patil Developers, Ltd to develop this residential complex in a prime commercial and residential area of Pune, India. The property will include 11 mid-rise apartment buildings containing more than 500 for-sale residential units. It will be developed in phases through 2016. The first phase is currently under construction.
