As Head of the Northwest Region, Evan is responsible for the pursuit and execution of office, residential, and hospitality developments and value-add projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining Portman, Evan served as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Gemdale USA Corporation, where he led acquisition, financing, and asset management activities in the Pacific Northwest for the U.S. subsidiary of Gemdale Corporation, one of China’s largest real estate organizations. Evan started his real estate career as a Director for Hines, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management.

Evan received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard College. Evan is also a Board Member of the University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate.
