Springhill Suites/Residence Inn San Diego
The first phase of Portman Holding’s BRIC mixed-use development, the dual-branded Springhill Suites and Residence Inn is located on downtown San Diego’s waterfront, at the intersection of Broadway and Pacific Hwy. A 2-acre park on the former site of historic Lane Field provides a repose with unobstructed views of Coronado Island.
About the Project
Construction began in 2014 and was completed in February 2016. The 13-story hotel features a combined 400-keys and 11,419 square feet of meeting space.
