On February 21 and 22 PEI Media hosted the PERE Summit: Asia 2012 in Hong Kong. Portman Holdings sponsored the attendees’ cocktail hour and networking event. In addition, our CEO, Ambrish Baisiwala, was asked to participate in a panel discussion on the Developer’s view on forging greater ties with capital providers. He and other distinguished industry members discussed the relationship between private equity funds and developers as the dynamic evolves over time and across geographic borders.
