The developers behind uptown’s newest office tower say construction is going well and they are on track to hit an early 2017 completion ““ and tenants could be coming soon.

Atlanta-based Portman Holdings kicked off construction of the 19-story tower at 615 South College on a speculative basis, meaning no tenants were signed before work started.

“The construction process to date has gone very smoothly, and the building is on schedule to top off this August,” said Travis Garland of Portman Holdings, in a statement. “We’ve seen increased interest since breaking ground last summer, and we’re hoping to update the market soon with initial tenant announcements.”

The tower will total 370,000 square feet of office space adjacent to the Westin hotel. There’s a new marketing video for 615 South College (embedded below), and a construction camera where you can watch live work or time lapse videos online at http://oxblue.com/open/Holder/615sCollege.
