The A1, A3, and A4 blocks of Songdo Landmark City are currently under development by Portman Holdings along with Samsung Corporation and Hyundai. When completed, they will consist of 6,400 mid to high end residential units. The residential areas are part of an approved land use plan that calls for high-rise residential towers within the Songdo Landmark City master plan. Sales are tentatively scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2012.
