Portman House | Jian Ye Li is a redevelopment project located in Shanghai’s French Concession district, opening in 2011.  It is the most extensive historic preservation effort among the three pilot projects awarded to private developers by the Shanghai Municipal Government. The development consists of luxury Shikumen style villas available for strata-title sale to individual buyers, luxury serviced residences, and retail space. Portman Holdings is leading a development team which includes Apollo Global Management and Heng Fu.
