Portman Holdings developed Northpark 400 and Northpark 500 in partnership with Barry Real Estate and the State of Michigan Retirement Fund. The buildings, which opened together in 1986, provide more than a million square feet of Class A office space in a suburban setting with urban conveniences, including easy access to Atlanta’s commuter rail service and retail areas.
