These two Class A office towers, developed by Portman Holdings in partnership with Marriott International, flank the Marriott Marquis Atlanta hotel in the city’s convention district. They opened in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and are considered a part of the Peachtree Center mixed-use development. The Marquis towers are located near several convention center hotels and Atlanta’s central business district.
