Portman Holdings has partnered with Kolte Patil Developers, Ltd to develop this residential complex in Pune, India. The 970 middle-market, for-sale residential units will be contained in 22 towers, developed in phases through 2014. It is located in a suburb of South Pune, and will include support retail space.
