Warren Snipes

Warren Snipes possesses a wide range of knowledge and skills stemming from his 37 years of experience as an architect, construction manager, developer and owner’s representative.  His association with the Portman organization began in 1986, and he has held several key positions with various Portman companies.

As executive vice president of development for Portman Holdings, Warren is responsible for overseeing the management of the implementation of all projects. From 1991 to 1999, he served as executive vice president of John Portman & Associates and had full managerial responsibility for the operations of the firm, both domestically and abroad.  Warren played an instrumental role in the establishment of the Shanghai office, enabling the firm to expand its presence in China.

Prior to joining the Portman organization, Warren worked for the Irvine Company, where he was director of development.

Warren earned his architectural degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is licensed to practice in both Georgia and California. He also holds an MBA from National University.
