Vice President – Development

Acie Holt specializes in financial structuring, project feasibility analysis, concept development, and asset management on both a domestic and international level. His career tenure in real estate includes more than a decade of experience with multiple asset types, including: hotel, office, condominium, multi-family and retail projects.

Prior to joining Portman Holdings, Acie worked for TriMont Real Estate Advisors where he held several positions including, most recently, asset manager for a lodging portfolio totaling more than $300 million in invested capital. Assigned portfolios included equity, debt and REO positions. While at TriMont, Acie performed valuations and profitability analyses on a multiple asset line portfolio totaling over $750 million.

Acie holds a B.S. degree in real estate from Florida State University.
