Brian Hogg

Brian Hogg is one of the industry's foremost spokesmen on the development, marketing, leasing and management of industrial and office properties. As executive vice president of Portman Management Company, he directs the leasing and marketing programs and team for SunTrust Plaza, Portman’s 60-story, 1.4 million square foot office tower, and SunTrust Plaza Garden Offices, the 6-story, 650,000 square foot addition to SunTrust Plaza.

Brian joined Portman Holdings in 1991 as executive vice president and general manager of Inforum. He previously served as president of Technology Park/Atlanta and Intercoast Group, Inc., and has held executive positions with Coldwell Banker Management Corporation, The Irvine Company and Corporex.

Brian earned a B.S. degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1961. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.

He is a past national president of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), and presently serves on the Georgia Chapter’s Advisory Committee. In 2001, he was recognized by the NAIOP Million Dollar Club as the top producer in Atlanta office leasing with more than $149 million in leases during 2000. In 2001, he was also presented with the NAIOP Lifetime Achievement Award.
