Nancy has over 26 years of experience in management and marketing of office, retail and mixed-use properties. Currently she is responsible for the property management of the SunTrust Plaza complex, an office development in downtown Atlanta consisting of a 60-story, 1.4 million square foot office tower; a 6-story, 650,000 square foot open floor plan office building; a 2,800 space parking garage; a food court and assorted retail establishments. Nancy is also the qualified broker for Portman Management Company, a division of Portman Holdings.

Prior to joining the Portman Companies, Nancy worked at Trammell Crow for four years, managing The Mall at Peachtree Center. She began her real estate career marketing enclosed regional malls with numerous firms including The Rouse Company, The L&B Group and Carter & Associates. Nancy won both a Maxi and Merit Award from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) during her tenure with the L&B Group. She also was responsible for the grand re-opening marketing campaign for Greenbriar Mall after a $20 million renovation which generated a 16% sales increase. She transitioned into management of enclosed malls with General Growth Properties at Southlake Mall.

Nancy graduated cum laude from Georgia State University with a BA in Journalism. She holds the Building Owners & Management Institute’s Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and earned her Certified Property Manager’s (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2009. Nancy is the Programs Committee Chair for IREM’s Georgia Chapter and is serving on the BOMA Atlanta Trade Show Committee for 2010.
