Nancy Christensen
Vice President and Controller

As Vice President and Controller of Portman Holdings, Nancy manages all accounting and financial reporting functions for a portfolio of commercial (retail, office, hotel) real estate investments and entities as well as the accounting and financial aspects of the company’s development and investment activities.

Nancy has more than 30 years of real estate accounting, financial management, leasing, and property management experience. Prior to joining the Portman Companies, Nancy was Controller for Abrams Properties, Cannon Companies, RREEF, and CGR Advisors. Before working with these companies, Nancy practiced 13 years as a Certified Public Accountant.

Nancy earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa. She is licensed as a CPA in the state of Georgia.
