William (Bill) Breach
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As senior vice president and chief financial officer of Portman Holdings, Bill is responsible for the company’s accounting and internal control activities, as well as many of the financial aspects of the company’s development, management, and investment activities. Bill has a key role in supporting the company's efforts in raising debt and equity capital for development projects and existing properties. He is also responsible for the financial reporting and oversight of property and asset management of the real estate holdings of both the company and its principals.

Bill has more than 26 years of real estate and financial management experience. Prior to joining the Portman organization, he worked at CGR Advisors for 14 years, where he held several positions including, most recently, vice president and chief financial officer. Bill was also formerly vice president of Carter & Associates, and prior to that he was with Days Inns of America, Inc.

Bill earned a B.A. degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1978. He also is licensed as a CPA in the state of Georgia.
