Rahul Anand
Director – India
As Director of the Mumbai office, Rahul is responsible for business and financing strategies, policies and practices related to Portman’s India developments. He has 10 years of experience across the fields of coprporate and real estate finance, project management , development and architecture.
Before joining Portman Holdings, Rahul was with Jones Lang LaSalle, most recently as Director of Asia capital markets & corporate finance in their Singapore office. In this position he was instrumental in closing debt and equity transactions of over USD 1 billion for large scale commercial and infrastructure projects. Rahul has earlier held various leadership positions across regions including Jones Lang LaSalle and Clark Ventures in the US, 3M Corporation and the Architecture firm of I Chaney & Partners in India.
Rahul holds a B.A. in architecture from the College of Engineering and Management, University of Pune, and a MBA from the College of William and Mary.
